First time I’ve ever seen someone launching their boat off of the pier at the Gaviota State Park boat launch. It was kinda cool.

HIGHWAY 1
As I drove south on Highway 1 through Big Sur I spotted a cluster of mailboxes and I couldn’t resist snapping a few photos. You certainly can’t tell from this one but the mailboxes were situated on the edge of a cliff that dropped straight down the the sea below. A pretty nice view every time you go to get the mail.
